Using any PeakGrow service means you accept these rules and the Privacy Policy.

If extra rules apply to a specific product, those "Additional Terms" override anything here that conflicts.

Binding contract: These terms are enforceable in court.

Arbitration & no class actions: Most disputes must be handled by individual arbitration in Southern California (unless you opt-out within five days of first use).

Liability limits: PeakGrow disclaims most warranties and caps its responsibility for damages.

You MAY NOT

• Use the services for illegal or commercial scraping.
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or bypass security.
• Harvest data with bots or automated tools.
• Violate laws or third-party rights.

Anything you post—reviews, photos, comments—stays yours, but you grant PeakGrow a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and promote it.

You must ensure what you upload is lawful and follows these terms.

Minimum age: 16 (parental consent required under 18).

You're responsible for account security. Report any misuse.

Paid plans authorise recurring charges; prices and taxes can change with notice.

External sites or services you access through PeakGrow are outside the company's control; any issues are strictly between you and that third party.

Some app functions (e.g., location tracking, SMS) need your permission and may incur carrier fees. Manage permissions in your device settings.

Send DMCA notices to contact@peakgrow.io with all required details if you believe your work is infringed.

PeakGrow can suspend or terminate your account at any time.

You can close your account yourself. Duties arising before termination still apply.

Services are provided "as is." No guarantee they'll be error-free or always available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PeakGrow isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
